GRAV Medium Gravitron 23cm 5mm Glass Gravity Bong with 14mm Bowl

Why We Love It

• The original all-glass gravity bong design, now in a more compact and personal-sized package.
• Heavy-duty 5mm borosilicate glass gives both chambers a substantial, premium-quality feel.
• The closed gravity system keeps the chamber contained until you are ready, helping reduce unnecessary waste.
• A platinum-cured silicone grommet cushions the main glass contact point and helps create a secure seal.
• The included GRAV 14mm Funnel Bowl offers approximately half a gram of capacity straight from the box.

GRAV Medium Gravitron Glass Gravity Bong

Meet the GRAV Medium Gravitron — the compact glass gravity bong that proves you do not need a bucket, a chopped-up drinks bottle or a degree in questionable engineering to enjoy gravity-powered performance.

This smaller version of the famous Large Gravitron delivers the same distinctive water-displacement system in a more manageable 23cm design. It is ideal for personal setups, sharing with a friend or anyone who wants the Gravitron experience without dedicating half the room to it.

The outer base and removable inner chamber are both manufactured from thick 5mm borosilicate glass. This gives the Medium Gravitron impressive clarity, a reassuring weight and the clean smoke path expected from premium glass bongs.

Its gravity-fed design works by raising the inner bottle through the water-filled base while the bowl is heated. Water displacement naturally draws smoke into the enclosed chamber, removing the need for an aggressive pull. Once filled, lowering the bottle creates a controlled delivery while gravity handles the difficult bit. Finally, physics earns its keep.

Because the smoke remains contained within the inner bottle until the bowl is removed, the closed system helps reduce smoke escaping between stages. It is cleaner, more controlled and considerably less chaotic than trying to balance homemade equipment over the kitchen sink.

A platinum-cured silicone grommet surrounds the lower end of the lifting chamber. This cushions the glass where it meets the base, helps maintain a secure connection and protects the most common glass contact point during lifting and lowering.

A wide flange at the top of the neck provides a comfortable gripping area, helping you raise the inner chamber smoothly without attempting to hold onto a completely straight glass tube with nervous fingertips.

The Medium Gravitron measures approximately 9 inches, or 22.9cm, tall and 3.25 inches, or 8.3cm, wide. Its compact cylindrical footprint makes it easier to store than the larger version while still providing enough chamber capacity for dense gravity-fed performance.

At the top is a standard 14mm female ground-glass joint fitted with a genuine GRAV 14mm Funnel Bowl. The included bowl has an approximate half-gram capacity and may be replaced with another correctly sized 14mm male bowl when required.

The simple two-piece design also makes maintenance refreshingly straightforward. The lifting chamber, outer base, bowl and silicone grommet separate for individual cleaning, while the straight glass walls are easier to access than complicated multi-chamber pieces. Suitable glass bong cleaning accessories can help keep the system clear and performing properly.

Compact, efficient and unmistakably GRAV, the Medium Gravitron is a brilliant choice for gravity-bong enthusiasts, experienced users and collectors looking for a smaller version of an iconic design. Explore more precision-made pieces from the GRAV smoking accessories collection.

FAQs

How tall is the GRAV Medium Gravitron?

The Medium Gravitron measures approximately 9 inches tall, which is around 22.9cm.

How wide is the Medium Gravitron?

It measures approximately 3.25 inches wide, which is around 8.3cm.

How thick is the glass?

Both the outer base and lifting chamber are made from approximately 5mm thick borosilicate glass.

How does the GRAV Medium Gravitron work?

It uses water displacement and gravity. Lifting the inner chamber through the water draws smoke into it, while lowering the chamber after removing the bowl creates a controlled delivery.

What size joint does it use?

The Medium Gravitron has a standard 14mm female ground-glass joint designed for compatible 14mm male bowls.

Does the Medium Gravitron include a bowl?

Yes, it comes with a genuine GRAV 14mm Funnel Bowl.

How much does the included bowl hold?

The supplied Funnel Bowl has an approximate capacity of half a gram. The exact amount will depend on how the material is prepared and packed.

What does the silicone grommet do?

The platinum-cured silicone grommet cushions the lower end of the lifting chamber, protects the glass contact point and helps create a secure connection with the base.

What is the difference between the Medium and Large Gravitrons?

The Medium Gravitron is approximately 23cm tall and uses a 14mm bowl, while the Large version has a bigger chamber and uses a larger joint. The Medium model is better suited to compact personal setups and easier storage.

Can I use a different bowl?

Yes, the standardised joint is compatible with correctly sized 14mm male bowls.

Can the lifting chamber be raised completely out of the water?

No. The lower opening should remain submerged while filling the chamber. Raising it completely above the water may allow the contained smoke to escape.

Is the GRAV Medium Gravitron suitable for beginners?

The mechanism is straightforward once understood, but gravity bongs can produce a concentrated chamber. New users should familiarise themselves with the system and begin cautiously.

Is the Medium Gravitron easy to clean?

Yes. The glass base, lifting chamber, bowl and silicone grommet separate, allowing each component to be cleaned individually.

How should I clean the Medium Gravitron?

Separate the components and remove the silicone grommet before cleaning. Use a suitable borosilicate glass cleaner on the glass sections, rinse thoroughly and allow everything to dry fully. Wash the silicone grommet separately with an appropriate mild cleaner.
