Chongz 90mm Stainless Steel Pollen T-Press

Compact, solid and built with noticeably more weight than a lightweight hand press, the Chongz 90mm Stainless Steel Pollen Press is designed for controlled manual compression in a smaller format.

Measuring approximately 3.5 inches / 90mm and weighing around 285g, it is particularly well suited to smaller quantities where a large press would simply take up unnecessary space.

The stainless steel body gives the press a substantial feel in the hand, while the T-shaped handle provides good leverage when gradually tightening the threaded shaft.

Rather than applying maximum force immediately, the screw mechanism allows pressure to be increased progressively. This gives you more control over the pressing process and reduces unnecessary strain on the threads and handle.

Compact 90mm Design

The shorter 90mm body makes this Chongz press easy to grip and convenient to store in an accessory drawer or kit.

Its compact size makes the press a sensible option for personal use or smaller batches rather than customers looking for the largest possible chamber capacity.

Despite its relatively small dimensions, the 285g weight gives the press a reassuringly solid feel and helps distinguish it from lighter aluminium alternatives.

Stainless Steel Construction

The main body is manufactured from stainless steel for strength and resistance to everyday wear.

The polished surface gives the press a clean finish while also making routine maintenance straightforward. Keeping the chamber and threads clean helps the mechanism continue operating smoothly over time.

As with any threaded manual press, it should be tightened by hand rather than using additional tools or excessive force.

Controlled T-Handle Compression

The T-shaped handle is designed to give you a comfortable grip while turning the threaded shaft.

As the handle is tightened, pressure is gradually applied inside the chamber. This allows you to increase compression in controlled stages rather than suddenly applying excessive force.

The simple mechanical design also means there are no batteries, electronics or complicated moving components to worry about.

Chongz 90mm Stainless Steel Pollen Press FAQs

What is the Chongz pollen press made from?

This model is made from stainless steel, giving it a solid feel and good resistance to normal everyday wear.

How big is the Chongz pollen press?

It measures approximately 90mm or 3.5 inches, making it one of the more compact manual T-press formats.

How much does the press weigh?

The Chongz 90mm T-Press weighs approximately 285g.

Is this suitable for smaller quantities?

Yes. Its compact chamber and 90mm body make it particularly well suited to smaller quantities and personal use. A larger pollen press may be more suitable if greater chamber capacity is required.

How does the T-handle work?

Turning the T-handle moves the threaded shaft and gradually increases pressure inside the chamber. This lets you control compression progressively rather than applying all the force at once.

Should I tighten the handle as hard as possible?

No. Apply pressure gradually using normal hand force. Overtightening or using additional tools can place unnecessary strain on the threaded mechanism.

Does this pollen press need electricity?

No. It is a completely manual press operated using the threaded T-handle.

How should I clean the press?

Remove residue from the chamber and threads using a soft cloth or suitable brush. Make sure every component is completely dry before putting the press back together.

Is this a genuine Chongz product?

Yes. This is a Chongz-branded smoking accessory and forms part of the wider Chongz range available from Olivastu.
